Refund policy

At Vandal Vault we hope to keep every customer happy, so all products in stock are in hand and have been personally checked over for quality. in the event a product does not meet its description or is damaged in some way we will be happy to refund upon return.

there is no returns or refunds unless the product is faulty or does not meet its description, it is up to you as a customer to research sizing and product details to make sure you are buying the right product.

in the past we had a full refund and exchange policy and customers took advantage by removing tags using shirt for a day then returning saying that it was the wrong size.. a product would return used unsellable and I have lost money on postage.
