If you have made a purchase and would like to change the size-style or cancel-change your order please contact emergency number provided below. Once an item is shipped there is no exchanges, returns or refunds.
I AM HUMAN so if there is any valid reason for a return or refund you can be assured I will treat you as I would expect to be treated. Unfortunately I have issued refunds in the past and had clothing returned missing hang tags, worn and unsellable..
I only buy from genuine suppliers so you know you're getting authentic products.
Everything is checked over before it is sent out to ensure quality!
In the event a product is faulty or damaged I will request photos and a description of the problem, if the product needs to be returned I will issue a refund once the item is returned a full refund will we given including shipping cost. I take photos of all my products before they are shipped so if they are damaged in transit I can check if its a problem with the postage service.
Returns: No returns (only on faulty items)
Refunds: No Refunds (only on faulty items or prior to shipment)
Exchanges: No exchanges on different products, styles sizes once item is shipped purchase is final so any changes need to be made asap.
